X-Law合同会社は、日本の法令・判例・実務慣行に特化したAIエージェントの研究開発を行うテクノロジー企業です。汎用モデルでは届かない「日本の法務の精度」に、正面から取り組んでいます。 X-Law Inc. is a technology company developing AI agents specialised in Japanese statutes, case law, and practical legal workflows — pursuing a level of accuracy that general-purpose models do not reach.
「だいたい合っている」では、法務は動かない。 “Roughly correct” is not good enough for legal work.
法務の現場で求められるのは、条文の番号ひとつ、改正日ひとつまでの正確さです。汎用の生成AIは日本語を流暢に扱えても、日本の法令体系・改正履歴・実務上の運用までを踏まえた回答を安定して返すことはできません。私たちは、この差を埋めることだけを目的に会社をつくりました。 Legal practice demands accuracy down to a single article number or a single amendment date. General-purpose generative AI handles Japanese fluently, yet cannot reliably reason across Japan's statutory structure, amendment history, and the way rules are actually applied in practice. We founded this company for the sole purpose of closing that gap.
日本法に固有の難しさJapan-specific complexity
頻繁な法改正、省令・通達・ガイドラインの多層構造、判例による解釈の積み重ね。日本の法情報は、量よりも「構造」の理解を要求します。 Frequent amendments, layered ministerial ordinances, circulars and guidelines, and interpretation accumulated through case law. Japanese legal information demands structural understanding, not just volume.
検証できる回答Verifiable answers
出典のない回答は、法務では使えません。根拠条文・出典・適用時点まで辿れることを、機能ではなく前提として設計しています。 An answer without a source is unusable in legal work. Traceability to the governing provision, the source, and the point in time it applies is treated as a premise of our design, not a feature.
実務に埋め込むEmbedded in practice
調べるための道具ではなく、業務の流れそのものに入るエージェントへ。契約・審査・相談対応といった実際の作業単位で価値を出すことを目指します。 Not a tool you consult, but an agent that sits inside the workflow — delivering value at the level of real tasks such as contract work, review, and responding to internal enquiries.

対象領域Scope日本国内の法令・実務を前提とした業務支援。企業法務および法律事務所の実務を主な想定領域としています。Support for work grounded in Japanese statutes and practice, primarily aimed at corporate legal departments and law firms.

設計思想Design principle根拠を明示すること。時点を誤らないこと。分からないことを分からないと言うこと。この3点を性能指標より優先します。State the basis. Never mistake the applicable point in time. Say “I don't know” when it doesn't know. These three come before benchmark performance.

データの取扱いData handling守秘義務のある情報を扱う前提で、機密性とアクセス管理を設計の初期段階から組み込んでいます。Built from the outset on the assumption that it handles confidential material, with confidentiality and access control designed in from the start.
